Senior Manager, Publishing – Mexico

About the role

Netflix’s Publishing team (Tudum.com, Tudum Magazine, Netflix Podcasts) is looking for a Regional Senior Manager to drive the expansion of its Spanish‑language editorial platform in Mexico. The role will define the local editorial strategy, translate pilot learnings into a compelling fan experience, and lead a small multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Spanish‑language editorial content strategy, aligning with global goals and local priorities.
• Analyze performance data from pilots and campaigns to inform future strategy and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with local Marketing, Publicity, and Social teams to ensure culturally relevant storytelling.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of the owned editorial platform, ensuring content meets Netflix standards.
• Lead creation of branded content and campaigns that connect members to Netflix titles and talent.
• Supervise a small team to deliver localized, original storytelling across multiple formats.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance creative development and production workflows.
• Identify and act on reactive, trending, and timely content opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading editorial or content teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with a data‑driven approach to content performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional marketing, publicity and social teams.
• Ability to adapt priorities based on performance insights and emerging market opportunities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
