Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

The Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer will protect the operational technology environment of the Nava brewery, ensuring the continuity and safety of production processes. You will work within Constellation Brands' OT Security organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OT asset inventory and lifecycle management from commissioning to retirement.
• Implement and enforce security controls, including access management and data loss prevention.
• Design, configure, and manage network and firewall solutions for OT environments.
• Monitor, log, and respond to OT security incidents promptly.
• Conduct vendor and third‑party risk assessments and manage associated controls.
• Lead risk‑management activities, threat identification, and mitigation planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably in brewery or food‑and‑beverage manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

• Industrial cyber security standards: IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001.
