Senior Paid Advertising Strategist, Client Experience

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist for its Client Experience team. The role owns the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within a book of business, working closely with account leadership to shape strategy across the media mix. It is fully remote, open to candidates in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua, and requires advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run paid social and paid media native campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Bing)
• Build and produce campaigns end-to-end with redundancy across channels and on-time delivery
• Lead optimizations and manage client budgets, advising on budget changes with accurate pacing
• Ensure quality control so there are no errors that harm client revenue
• Propose proactive strategy recommendations, maintain client testing roadmaps and escalate performance risks early
• Communicate proactively with the team and give weekly client progress recaps with insights and recommendations
• Use data to report performance and communicate strategy clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Use AI tools to improve business processes

Required profile

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels
• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, campaign strategy)
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills
• Confident in client-facing presentations and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company
