Senior Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Partner Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale events, from contract signing to final close‑out. You will act as the central hub for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that each project meets its timeline, quality, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of major events, coordinating sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and internal departments.
• Gather, prioritize, and communicate product and process requirements to headquarters and the product team.
• Maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to support user‑support operations.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site launches or critical dates when required.

Required profile

• University degree with a background in project management or consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project‑management or similar operational role.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized mindset.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
