Senior Process Engineer – Packing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead the mechanical engineering activities in our packing area. You will drive equipment development, validation and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, efficient production for the LEGO Group.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical development, standardisation and optimisation of new and existing packing equipment, collaborating with suppliers and aligning with execution standards.
• Plan and execute verification, validation and testing programmes, analysing the impact of variables such as temperature, humidity and material properties.
• Design, maintain and enhance digital and engineering tools (e.g., tolerance calculations, analysis methods) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead continuous-improvement projects across equipment, materials and processes, applying Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
• Mentor colleagues, share expertise across the value chain and promote an inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong scientific, data-driven approach linking process variables, material properties and performance.
• Proficiency with project-management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities for medium-complexity technical challenges.
• Commitment to standards, compliance, safety and EHS requirements.
