Senior Project Manager – Banking & Capital Markets (Remote, EST)

About the role

Neverhack is seeking two Senior Project Managers to lead high‑impact initiatives within a leading global banking environment. The role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering strategic workstreams of the Broadridge Impact program, supporting regulatory and financial market reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic project initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business/IT requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams, including PSI DB segregation of applications and Cognos solution alignment.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, technology teams, operations, and external vendors.
• Ensure delivery excellence using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Support executive reporting and strategic decision‑making through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and risk‑management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid project delivery expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Fluent English.
