Senior Project Manager – Creative Operations

About the role

Monks is seeking an orchestration‑mindset Senior Project Manager to lead high‑volume, fast‑response creative operations. You will be the operational control point that makes accounts predictable, scalable and sustainable while balancing rigor with rapid prioritisation.

Key responsibilities

• Intake, planning and scoping of incoming briefs, translating them into actionable work plans for cross‑functional teams.
• Build detailed timelines, manage dependencies and deploy work using workflow management tools.
• Oversee high‑volume campaigns (~3,960 assets per year), batch tasks and manage critical paths.
• Evaluate and negotiate last‑minute requests, offering viable alternatives.
• Prioritise deliverables based on live dates and commercial needs.
• Act as the central node between Account, Client, Media and internal teams, ensuring end‑to‑end QA and brand compliance.
• Optimise workflows, identify automation opportunities and enforce correct use of project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of project‑management experience in agencies or creative studios.
• Proven track record managing high volume with short turnaround times.
• Strong command of project‑management tools such as Jira, Monday or Asana.
