Senior Project Manager – eProcurement Implementations

About the role

Zycus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of its eProcurement solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises. The role combines strategic stakeholder management with hands‑on delivery of complex, global software rollouts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects for Zycus eProcurement platforms, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables from contracts and SOWs.
• Drive project governance, monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and report status to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement and IT teams, providing strategic recommendations to maximize adoption and business impact.
• Mentor project team members, enforce standardized delivery processes, and conduct regular status reviews.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience, focused on software implementation for procurement or ERP systems.
• Proven track record delivering global rollouts for enterprise clients.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
