Senior Project Manager – Global Content Production

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑channel content initiatives across its global network. You will work with world‑class talent, cutting‑edge studios and advanced technology to deliver scalable production solutions for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale content projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline and budget targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including creative, technical, and client stakeholders—to align on objectives and drive seamless collaboration.
• Implement AI‑enabled workflows and next‑generation production tools to enhance efficiency while preserving creative integrity.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and apply corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
• Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership and client partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing senior‑level projects in content production, advertising or related creative industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of guiding diverse, global teams.
