Senior Project Manager

About the role

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Product Operations team in Mexico City. Working in a hybrid setting, you will lead the delivery of new product introductions, ensuring high‑quality solutions reach customers on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor New Product Introduction projects across the product organization.
• Develop detailed project plans, assess business implications and track milestones, budget and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, communicating status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive process creation and continuous improvement within product operations.
• Apply program‑management best practices to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the networking and security industry.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment on operational matters.
• Strong track record of delivering complex products on time and within budget.
