Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across our organization and MRO network. The role carries full responsibility for quality, cost and schedule (QCD) and requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement development plans aligned with performance, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Manage risk provisions, drive risk reduction and capitalize on optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Maintain regular updates for stakeholders on project status and milestones.
• Supervise and lead functional representatives required for each project.
• Utilize change‑management tools to support successful transitions.
• Prepare essential project documentation such as scope of work, cost estimates and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in project planning or management, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
