Senior Project Manager

About the role

MedTrainer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of SaaS product initiatives. The role bridges engineering, product, and business teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily roadmap schedules, review estimations and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate full SDLC delivery for complex SaaS initiatives, including scope, testing, go‑live planning, rollback, and post‑release validation.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and critical‑path optimization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope changes while keeping detailed decision logs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release meetings.
• Provide weekly executive summaries and timely updates on progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Monitor delivery quality through defect trends and release stability, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Support audit and compliance activities by gathering evidence and documenting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong background in Agile project management and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent ability to align cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated skill in capacity planning, risk management, and quality control.
