Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Americas Manufacturing for the LEGO Group. In this role you will translate long‑term ambitions into actionable roadmaps, align cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations and align with corporate direction.
• Co‑lead development of 3‑ to 5‑year Americas manufacturing strategies, integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain and global teams.
• Build, maintain and communicate a comprehensive roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalisation, productivity and risk mitigation.
• Define prioritisation criteria, manage the initiative funnel and ensure governance through stage‑gate processes.
• Facilitate leadership team meetings, synthesize insights and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across the Americas and global network.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Proven ability to model financial and operational scenarios and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated influence across cross‑functional teams and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• High agility and resilience in a dynamic business environment.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification (desired).
