Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery

About the role

Wizeline is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of multimedia marketing initiatives for a major enterprise client. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of multimedia projects, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Redesign intake processes, improve efficiency, and standardize governance and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.
• Monitor team capacity, resource utilization, and forecast demand.
• Implement scalable frameworks, delivery playbooks, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics.
• Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience building operational dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced enterprise environments.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
