Senior Project Manager – PMP/PRINCE2 Certified

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strategic mindset to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects within a program/portfolio environment. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality expectations while aligning with overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage project budgets, financial tracking and resource allocation.
• Define and run governance structures such as Steering Committees and Sponsorship groups.
• Coordinate dependencies across BAU activities and other initiatives.
• Lead change‑management activities, including communication plans and training roll‑outs.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and ensure smooth transition of solutions into business‑as‑usual operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and contribute to PMO capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) with at least 5 years of certified experience.
• 7+ years managing complex projects in matrix, global organizations.
• Fluent English (minimum 90% proficiency).
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and work across multiple time zones.
