Senior Recruiter

About the role

HappyRobot is scaling its AI workforce platform and needs a Senior Recruiter to partner directly with founders and hiring managers. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for technical and business roles, ensuring a fast, high‑quality recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for engineering, GTM, operations and other functions.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of high‑quality candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles and create scorecards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Iterate on sourcing strategies, outreach tactics and reporting to improve speed and quality.
• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, events and referral programs.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record hiring for both technical and business roles.
• Strong sourcing creativity and ability to close candidates with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, judgment and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
