Senior SEO Specialist – Remote

About the role

LionHead Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end SEO lifecycle for its law‑firm clients. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering measurable organic lead growth and search visibility for criminal defense, personal injury, and family law firms across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete SEO process for assigned accounts, including audits, strategy development, implementation, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page, technical SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization simultaneously across multiple client portfolios.
• Validate tracking setups in Google Search Console, GA4, call‑tracking platforms, and CRM attribution before campaigns launch.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and qualified lead volume; run tests on content strategy, internal linking, page structure, and local SEO signals.
• Identify under‑performing assets, flag issues early, and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with content, development, and project‑management teams while mentoring junior specialists and refining SOPs.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of hands‑on SEO execution in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success managing local, technical, and content SEO for multiple clients.
• Ability to link SEO activities directly to verified organic leads and cost‑per‑lead metrics.
• Proactive, data‑focused mindset with strong communication of performance results.
