Senior Sourcing Specialist – Retail (Mexico City)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to support the expansion of a Fortune‑100 retail brand in Mexico. Based in Mexico City, you will manage the full purchase order lifecycle, ensure vendor compliance, and resolve logistics challenges in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and track 20‑30 high‑volume purchase orders weekly, maintaining data accuracy.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and enforce quality, labeling, and ticketing standards.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and distribution centers to identify and remove supply‑chain bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between global buying offices and local suppliers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sourcing, logistics or supply‑chain tracking, preferably in retail, apparel or FMCG.
• Fluent business‑level English for global reporting.
• Based in Mexico City with ability to work in a hybrid office setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with purchase order management systems.
