About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring initiatives across Mexico. This strategic partner will shape talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and support high‑performing teams during a rapid growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring strategy across multiple business functions.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Drive recruitment performance to meet hiring targets efficiently.
• Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights for recruitment effectiveness.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Mexico talent market.
• Experience handling both volume and leadership hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic, data‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Background in FMCG, beauty, retail, or other high‑growth industries is a strong advantage.
