Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

The Senior Tax Analyst will control, oversee and analyze tax information for legal entities across the Mexico region. The role provides strategic support for assessing the tax impact of business decisions and coordinates reporting to corporate headquarters, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze corporate tax obligations (ISR, IVA) for all Mexican entities.
• Prepare and deliver tax reports to corporate finance and senior management.
• Advise business units on tax implications of operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and labor tax matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement tax‑efficient structures.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting with a specialization in Taxation (Labor Regulation specialization is a plus).
• Proven experience in corporate tax matters, specifically ISR and IVA.
• Strong analytical ability, strategic vision and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate tax concepts to non‑tax professionals.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
