Senior Technical Training Manager - LATAM

About the Position

Join a global leader in heavy machinery as our Technical Training Manager for the Latin American region. Based in Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and product expertise across our dealer network and key accounts, ensuring our partners are equipped to deliver world-class service.

Main Missions

• Dealer Empowerment: Enhance product understanding for dealers through the delivery of comprehensive technical and commercial training programs.
• Technical Support: Act as a key technical resource, providing high-level remote and on-site support to dealers and key customers to resolve complex issues.
• Content Development: Design and implement engaging training materials, including both digital/e-learning modules and hands-on on-site curriculum.
• Capacity Building: Drive continuous improvement in dealer technical capabilities to ensure regional service standards are met.
• Global Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with the Global Training Center at headquarters to align regional activities with international standards.
• Field Presence: Conduct regular field missions (1 to 2 trips per month) to provide direct training and support where needed.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in technical training or technical field support within the heavy equipment or automotive industry.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training modules.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High mobility and willingness to travel frequently across Latin America.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous for the LATAM region.
