SEO Specialist – Flexible Part‑Time (10‑15 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our performance‑marketing agency on a part‑time, remote basis. You will help high‑growth eCommerce brands boost organic visibility, traffic, and revenue through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies based on keyword and competitor research.
• Execute technical and on‑page optimisations, including metadata, site structure, and internal linking.
• Manage the full content production cycle, from topic planning to coordinating freelance copywriters.
• Oversee backlink acquisition initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics, adjusting campaigns as needed.
• Provide clear SEO updates and actionable insights to internal account strategists.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify emerging SEO opportunities.
• Contribute to internal SEO playbooks and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic growth.
• Strong project‑management abilities and attention to detail in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
