Service Employee – Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

About the role

Join the team at De Mark, a 14‑room boutique hotel and restaurant located in the picturesque village of Durgerdam, just a short bike ride from Amsterdam. As a Service Employee you will be the face of the property, welcoming guests, guiding them through the dining experience and assisting with hotel check‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests, provide menu recommendations and serve food and beverages.
• Engage guests with storytelling about the location’s history to create memorable moments.
• Assist hotel guests with check‑in, orientation of the property and local information.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout service, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support sustainability initiatives and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.
