Services Marketing Professional

About the role

The Services Marketing Professional will design and deliver integrated go‑to‑market programs for HPE’s service portfolio, including Complete Care, Tech Care, and Managed Services. Working primarily on outbound, customer‑facing initiatives, you will help shape messaging, drive awareness, and support new service introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute services marketing strategies and tactical plans.
• Develop and manage program budgets and align cross‑functional teams to meet goals.
• Create and refresh value propositions, messaging, and end‑of‑life communications for assigned services.
• Measure marketing effectiveness through closed‑loop analysis and continuously improve efficiency.
• Conduct competitive analysis, synthesize research, and report program metrics.
• Collaborate with Business, Marketing Communications, Delivery, and other teams to launch and promote services.
• Support event planning, marketing operations tasks, and post‑program analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Intermediate subject‑matter knowledge with the ability to solve common business issues.
• Experience managing moderately complex projects and providing analysis.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined guidelines.
