Site Procurement Manager – Procurement Operations

About the role

The Site Procurement Manager will lead procurement operations for an Amazon fulfillment centre, overseeing both direct and indirect spend, supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the Regional Procurement Manager to forecast non‑inventory services, manage suppliers, negotiate contracts and support innovation projects.
• Report weekly and monthly service performance, KPI results and improvement actions to the local site leader.
• Lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, create recurring metrics reports and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Collaborate with internal customers, Finance and Procurement Operations to define savings targets, value metrics and budget alignment.
• Build and monitor category metrics models, track actual vs. planned savings and drive corrective action plans.
• Provide 24/7 team coverage, manage critical escalations, and ensure business continuity for procurement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement operations and supplier management within a large‑scale environment.
• Strong ability to develop and report KPI dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Capability to identify risks, drive process improvements and support continuous innovation.
