Site Team Leader

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions is looking for a Site Team Leader to drive safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of complex projects. You will oversee HSE, engineering, construction management and specialized services on‑site, ensuring alignment between design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture, conduct walk‑downs, audits and incident investigations.
• Lead multidisciplinary on‑site teams and act as the primary point of contact for all site activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and ensure design requirements are correctly implemented in the field.
• Oversee construction activities, manage schedule, scope and budget, and coordinate inspections and progress tracking.
• Drive quality assurance, manage inspections, testing, commissioning and resolve non‑conformances.
• Track project progress, mitigate delays, support cost control and report to senior management.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and vendors to resolve conflicts and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in construction and/or engineering site operations.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
