About the role

Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that keep brands relevant in a fast‑moving digital culture. Transform audience insights, cultural trends and business goals into authentic, platform‑native content while fostering meaningful community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business objectives and platform dynamics.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars, collaborating with strategy and creative teams to generate platform‑native ideas.
• Write engaging copy that matches each brand’s tone of voice and feels authentic on each platform.
• Identify emerging trends, cultural conversations and real‑time content opportunities.
• Lead community management, fostering conversations and handling sensitive situations to protect brand reputation.
• Monitor and analyse content performance and audience behaviour using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations to optimise content and drive growth.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, community management or digital marketing.
• Experience in agencies or fast‑paced environments.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviours across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
