Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

Omega Media is looking for a full‑time remote Social Media Manager to lead social strategies for multiple sports‑focused clients. You will create, schedule, and optimise content while driving engagement and paid campaign performance across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms for various client accounts.
• Create, design, curate and schedule engaging graphics and posts using Photoshop and Canva.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community interaction.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to align social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and best practices.
• Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, delivering measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with proven engagement and paid‑campaign success.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Passion for the sports industry is a strong plus.
