Social Studies Teacher for Middle School

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Social Studies teacher to join our middle school team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons to teenage students, fostering critical thinking and a deep understanding of social sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Social Studies curriculum for middle school grades.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate constructivist and project‑based learning approaches.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with teenagers.
• High proficiency in English (C1‑C2 level).
• Familiarity with educational methodologies such as Constructivism and Project‑Based Learning.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (C1‑C2).
• Knowledge of Constructivist teaching methods.
• Experience with Project‑Based Learning (PBL).
