Solution & Service Sales Representative (LATAM)

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Solution & Service Sales Representative to drive sales of genuine parts and the full suite of lifecycle services across the LATAM market. You will work closely with regional sales managers, service providers and key accounts to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the LATAM solutions & service sales strategy, meeting bookings, sales and margin targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of lifecycle service opportunities in partnership with Regional Sales Managers and Armstrong Representatives.
• Collaborate with key account owners and service providers to integrate services into account plans and launch new service offers.
• Lead national parts sales strategy, ensuring active management of parts dealers and alignment with market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, compile sales reports and monitor competitive market conditions.

Required profile

• College or trade school education preferred, with 1‑5 years of HVAC experience.
• Proven experience selling HVAC parts, services, or projects and managing key accounts.
• Knowledge of controls and building management systems (BMS).
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• ERP system experience.
• Competence with PC applications.
• Understanding of controls and BMS technologies.
