S&OP Manager

About the role

The S&OP Manager leads the end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning process, aligning commercial strategy, demand forecasts, supply capabilities and financial targets. This position acts as a strategic partner to Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams, ensuring product availability while protecting brand exclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre‑S&OP, Executive S&OP) and present consolidated scenarios to leadership.
• Own demand planning across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce, integrating historical data, market trends, product launches and promotional calendars.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, BIAS) and apply corrective actions.
• Partner with supply teams and distribution centres to optimise product allocation, balance service levels and inventory turns.
• Align demand plans with financial budgets, provide volume and revenue projections and lead scenario planning for risk mitigation.
• Track performance KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Days of Inventory on Hand and Obsolescence.
• Coordinate forecasting and supply planning for new product launches and end‑of‑life management.
• Ensure data integrity across ERP and reporting systems and develop executive dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning or Supply Chain roles.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty or premium consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional processes and manage stakeholders.
