Sports & Experiential Marketing Trainee

About the Position

As a Sports & Experiential Marketing Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the BMW brand to life through high-impact events, luxury driving experiences, and prestigious sporting partnerships.

Main Missions

• Event Execution: Plan, execute, and continuously improve BMW Driving Experience activities and premium brand events.
• Operational Logistics: Manage the operational link for the annual marketing calendar, ensuring seamless resource and fleet management for exclusive launches and international tournaments.
• Project Management: Supervise marketing projects from conception to evaluation, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Fleet & Asset Management: Optimize and update the marketing fleet annually to ensure brand excellence.
• Administrative Support: Handle purchase requests, track purchase orders (PO) related to sports and experiential activities, and prepare the corporate calendar (BMW Golf Cup, driving experiences, etc.).

Profile Required

• Recent graduate or professional with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
• Proven interest or experience in event marketing or luxury brand management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
