About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Creative Strategic Designer to lead design agendas for its global and regional brands. The role will shape brand identity systems, packaging, branded experiences and point‑of‑sale solutions, turning strategic concepts into commercially viable designs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive design concepts and strategies for assigned categories.
- Prototype ideas and create brand‑aligned packaging, experiences and POS designs.
- Lead project teams, own end‑to‑end delivery, and present design solutions to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior designers (L6/L7), fostering talent and best practices.
- Collaborate with brand marketers to ensure designs support business growth and sustainability goals.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in creative design for consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging and experiential design.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisive decisions.
