Sr. Legal Counsel

About the role

Omron is seeking a strategic, business‑oriented Senior Legal Counsel to support its operations in Mexico and the broader region. The role partners closely with commercial teams to ensure legal alignment with business strategies, manage risk, and influence high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance that aligns with commercial and business strategies.
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across operations and transactions.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Sales, Finance, and HR.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid license to practice.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles, either in‑house or at a law firm.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and negotiations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Solid knowledge of corporate, labor, and compliance matters.
