About the role

Under Armour Mexico is seeking a senior, data‑driven leader to build and head the Commercial Operations & Customer Experience capability. The role bridges Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning and Finance to drive commercial excellence across demand planning, order fulfillment and customer execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Customer and Commercial Operations strategy for Mexico.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance frameworks and decision‑making processes across Sales and Customer Service.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long‑Range Plan (LRP), monthly forecasting and business performance reviews.
• Develop executive reporting, KPIs and visibility into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
• Own end‑to‑end customer service strategy for wholesale accounts, including orderbook management and issue resolution.
• Monitor and improve service KPIs such as Fill Rate, On‑Time Delivery, Order Conversion, Backorder Management and Customer Satisfaction.
• Partner with key wholesale customers to strengthen operational collaboration and service performance.
• Lead customer escalations and root‑cause analysis to continuously improve processes.

• Track record of building high‑performing organizations and developing talent.
• Data‑driven decision maker with experience in commercial operations, sales operations or customer experience leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
