Sr. Manager, Branded Content Operations

About the role

The Sr. Manager, Branded Content Operations will act as the central liaison between Condé Nast’s internal talent group, revenue teams, and legal/business affairs for client campaigns that involve employee talent. This senior position ensures smooth coordination, accurate tracking, and compliance across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent, marketing, sales, and legal teams on employee‑talent client campaigns.
• Review, categorize, track, and price complex talent requests in line with campaign needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date trackers and coordinate with the People Team to clear employees for talent projects.
• Conduct social‑media clearance checks on employee talent.
• Draft and process talent riders, releases, and other legal documents with the Legal/Business Affairs team.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage, track, and report revenue, reconcile expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Administer workflow efficiencies and deliver internal training on processes as needed.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of business and legal experience, preferably with a paralegal certification.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, solve problems, and drive processes forward.
