Sr Procurement Manager (Construction)

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager – Construction will lead the development and execution of regional and global category strategies for construction spend. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from business request analysis through negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management, ensuring compliance with the LEGO Group’s procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with distributed teams to design and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze lessons learned and trend data to continuously improve sourcing processes.
• Lead contract negotiations and tendering activities within designated construction categories.
• Co‑create a forward‑looking construction roadmap with Operations, integrating market insights and sustainability objectives.
• Develop and maintain a global supplier base, overseeing performance, risk, and innovation initiatives.
• Proactively manage supply‑base risks and business continuity plans.
• Engage senior partners and drive sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or global construction procurement environments.
• Familiarity with FIDIC construction contract models.
• Track record of transformation projects and cross‑functional collaboration in matrixed organisations.
