Steward – Kitchen Support

About the role

We are looking for a Steward to join the kitchen team at Four Seasons Hotel Ciudad de México. The Steward ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and production areas, supporting the culinary team in delivering five‑star service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all kitchen utensils, cookware, ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other equipment using appropriate cleaning and rinsing solutions.
• Sanitize drains, sinks, floors and walls in accordance with Four Seasons quality standards.
• Handle, store and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely, following health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Maintain organized and hygienic work areas to support efficient food preparation.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of food‑service hygiene regulations.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and repetitive motions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitization procedures for kitchen equipment.
• Safe handling and storage of chemical cleaning agents.
