Store Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will be a core member of the store leadership team, supporting daily operations, coaching teammates and driving sales results. You will back‑up the Assistant Store Manager, maintain merchandise standards and help build a high‑performance culture where every associate can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time strategic decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and execute merchandising moves to maximize product presentation.
• Monitor loss‑prevention standards and store audit compliance.
• Lead or rotate ownership of key areas such as talent development, visual standards and operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information on a wide selection of products.
• Report accidents or injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear sales and KPI targets to teammates.
• Support onboarding and continuous training in partnership with regional leadership and HR.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Availability to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using hand‑held or mobile devices for store operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lift cartons up to 25 lb (12 kg).
• Knowledge of employment laws and advanced selling experience.
