Strategy Generalist Consultant – Operations Strategy

About the role

PWC is seeking a Strategy Generalist Consultant to join its strategy consulting team. The role focuses on delivering strategic guidance, analysing market trends, and developing actionable recommendations that help clients improve performance and achieve growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and business performance to generate insights.
• Build structured recommendations and business cases for clients.
• Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimise operations.
• Contribute to operations‑strategy initiatives that enhance efficiency and scale impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Strong command of conversational English for meetings and presentations.
• Proven experience leading analysts/associates and managing multi‑functional client engagements.
• Background in strategy, transformation, or operational improvement projects.
• Consulting experience (Big Four, boutique firms, or similar) is a strong plus.
