Strategy & Operations Lead – Global Delivery Partnerships (LATAM)

About the role

Uber Delivery is expanding its on‑demand platform across Latin America and is looking for a senior leader to drive strategy and operational excellence for its global delivery partnerships. The Strategy & Operations Lead will work closely with internal teams and top restaurant partners to scale the Uber Eats business in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Use Uber data and analytical tools to generate insights, improve processes and support operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and enhance merchant and operational performance metrics.
• Build and scale automated reporting infrastructure for forecasting, prioritisation and execution of business initiatives.
• Lead business review cadences and develop reporting frameworks that promote alignment, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable tools, insights and processes to improve merchant partner experiences and support business growth.
• Partner with product and technology teams to translate local operational challenges into product improvements.
• Design partner‑focused financial models to identify opportunities and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret business and operational data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
