Student Training Program Manager – Education Impact

About the role

Google’s Education Impact team is looking for a Student Training Program Manager to design and deliver training programs that help K‑12 and higher‑education students use Google’s AI‑powered learning tools. You will shape curriculum, create trainer resources, and ensure the content meets the needs of diverse student audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning and execution of new student‑focused training programs.
• Develop and refine train‑the‑trainer materials and curricula for teachers.
• Conduct research on student learning preferences, technology access and topical interests to guide content format and gamification.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align curriculum with product roadmaps.
• Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years in content program management, instructional design, certification or curriculum development focused on training or education.
• Experience using AI tooling to deliver educational experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data and apply insights to content strategy.
