About the role

Do you have a strong background in technical operations and field service leadership? Are you passionate about ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service?

Key responsibilities

• Ensure field safety for technicians and users.
• Manage and optimize planned maintenance, callouts, and service repair operations.
• Resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing.
• Drive sales of service repairs and follow up on sales leads.
• Monitor and control operational costs and CMII.
• Conduct site audits and lead accident investigations when necessary.
• Validate timesheets, manage workload balancing, and oversee scheduling and absences.
• Support technician growth, training, and motivation.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians as needed.
• Authorize and manage technician tools, vehicles, phones, and devices.

Required profile

• Strong background in technical operations and field service leadership.
• Hands‑on leader with problem‑solving and people‑development abilities.
• Ability to manage maintenance costs and drive revenue growth through service repairs.
