Supply Chain BI Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain BI Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support our Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Inventory Management functions. The role will analyze performance data, provide insights, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs and reports for supply chain functions.
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning through data analysis, scenario modelling and insight generation.
• Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy and operational metrics to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance teams to align data and business requirements.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility using BI and data‑visualisation tools.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, planning and reporting systems.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of supply chain deviations, shortages, excess inventory and demand fluctuations.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, inventory performance and customer service.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through process analytics and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain analytics, demand or production planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and consistency.
