Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

About the role

Radiall is seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Specialist to implement and optimise the group’s flow‑management model across its manufacturing sites. The role ensures that supply‑chain processes and supporting information systems meet business expectations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the flow‑management model defined by the group supply chain and optimise its performance.
• Ensure information systems (e.g., SAP) align with business needs and support process execution.
• Guarantee compliance with supply‑chain best practices and define control plans.
• Support internal organisations in applying supply‑chain processes.
• Collect, specify, test and validate process‑improvement and system‑evolution requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with buyers, engineering, IT and other stakeholders.
• Provide training on processes and tools and keep documentation up to date.
• Analyse non‑value‑added activities to improve performance.
• Identify and share local best practices with global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of materials management, planning and purchasing.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) for implementing improvements and controls.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Required skills

• SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
• Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa).
• Problem‑solving techniques for process optimisation.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
