Supply Chain Leadership Development Program Associate

About the role

Regal Rexnord's Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month program made of three eight-month rotations across six areas of focus, combining hands-on experience with mentoring and leadership training. It aims to develop talent within the Supply Chain function and offers participants a business-oriented, cross-functional view of the company. The work model is hybrid, onsite at a designated Regal Rexnord location with flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in rotations covering Category Management, Sourcing (direct and indirect), Materials Planning/Purchasing, Supplier Quality & Development, Program Management, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning, and Logistics.
• Manage direct and indirect relationships across functions and departments.
• Report on time to agreed KPIs and present sourcing plans, activities and successes to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Build a broad understanding of the business and learn a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop deep knowledge of the technical disciplines of each functional area and apply it across the business.
• Work within a strong mentorship relationship, seeking feedback and taking direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred, with a college average of 9.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and move between the three segments (Automation & Motion Control, Industrial Power Solutions, Power Efficiency Solutions) and locations in Mexico.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
