Supply Chain Logistics Professional – Order Fulfillment

About the role

The Order Fulfillment SCM Logistics Professional is a key member of CSML’s supply chain team, ensuring the right parts reach the right place at the right time. This position works directly with customers, managing orders through the full delivery cycle while supporting on‑time delivery goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute same‑day orders with 3PL providers and carriers, coordinating pick‑up, delivery, and proof of delivery.
• Determine optimal sourcing from alternate warehouses or carrier changes to meet ETA requirements.
• Provide regular status updates for all orders, including those with delays.
• Research and reconcile shipping discrepancies.
• Partner with Network & Transportation teams to ensure delivery compliance and performance.
• Monitor activities at the 3PL Memphis warehouse and depot/FSL teams to guarantee timely execution.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve non‑routine process issues.
• Analyze KPIs, contribute to LEAN initiatives, and support performance improvement.
• Offer after‑hours support and manage the Follow‑the‑Sun process for global customers in SAP Plant 2050.
• Handle manual order processing during system outages, escalating to IT as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of order management experience with demonstrated responsibility for end‑to‑end logistics.
• Ability to work non‑conventional shifts up to 42 hours per week, including weekends, with two consecutive rest days.
