About the role

The Supply Chain, Materials Management (SML) Manager leads the end‑to‑end flow of raw and finished materials, overseeing storage, production scheduling, inventory control, transportation and distribution. The role ensures seamless coordination between supply‑side activities and customer service, driving timely order fulfillment and logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coach team members, set annual goals and manage performance through the Global Performance Management System.
• Coordinate working capital, regional demand planning, material planning and purchasing to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor team performance, adjust training, and retain high‑potential talent.
• Lead change initiatives, model the company’s Code of Business Ethics and values.
• Oversee departmental budget, project deliverables and regional strategy implementation.
• Provide project management and leadership across supply chain, warehouse, materials management and logistics functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing supply chain, materials management or logistics teams.
• Strong people‑development skills with a focus on training, performance appraisal and talent retention.
• Ability to manage working capital and coordinate demand, material and purchasing planning.
• Demonstrated capability to act as a change‑agent and uphold corporate ethics.
• Experience handling departmental budgets and leading cross‑functional projects.
