Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

SKYWORTH Group is expanding its e‑commerce operations and seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to drive global sourcing, logistics, and inventory optimization. You will work across borders to ensure seamless procurement, production, and delivery for both in‑house and third‑party factories.

Key responsibilities

• Research and maintain up‑to‑date insights on global supply‑chain trends, tariffs, logistics solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard OEM/ODM factories, leading cross‑functional implementation of supply‑chain solutions.
• Lead localization procurement initiatives, negotiate with local suppliers, and manage sourcing projects to reduce costs.
• Resolve production and planning exceptions, coordinating cross‑departmental and cross‑border resources.
• Conduct end‑to‑end cost analysis, identify savings, and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Monitor overseas inventory health, manage aged/obsolete stock, and improve order fulfillment and turnover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English for daily communication, meetings, and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience onboarding overseas supply‑chain resources and delivering cross‑border projects.
• Strong understanding of regional supply‑chain models, tariff policies, and trade compliance.
• Established network of overseas factories, suppliers, or logistics partners is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently on long‑term overseas assignments.
