About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Vice President & General Manager to lead its Mexico operations. Reporting to the EVP Sales LATAM, the role combines senior sales leadership with overall country management, driving revenue growth, brand presence, and ecosystem development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go‑to‑Market plan for Mexico, including market penetration, product positioning and customer segmentation.
- Lead the country’s operating rhythm – weekly forecasts, progress reporting and financial plan accountability.
- Drive demand generation, sales campaigns and transformational digital‑transformation deals.
- Represent Salesforce as the primary spokesperson in Mexico, supporting PR strategy and media engagements.
- Engage with C‑level executives, government bodies and large enterprises to build a CXO community and sponsor strategic deals.
- Advocate for partner resources, developer and Trailblazer communities, and manage complex negotiations with large enterprises.
- Own culture‑building initiatives, hiring, talent development and budget for a high‑performing team.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably at SVP or General Manager level.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican economic, political and cultural landscape.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing large, complex deals.
- Excellent C‑level relationship building and negotiation skills.
